We may cancel or postpone a delivery when weather creates an unsafe condition for riders, staff, or equipment. Decisions are based on the forecast for the event location and are normally made no earlier than noon the day before the event.

Conditions that may cause cancellation include winds over 20 mph, temperatures below 40°F, steady all-day rain, or a rain forecast of 60% or higher. When the company cancels for qualifying weather, the deposit becomes a rain check that may be used within one year. Once equipment is delivered, the full rental charge remains due.
