Use these reminders to help keep guests, staff and rental equipment safe before, during and after your event.
Power and extension cords
Each powered rental needs its own dedicated electrical circuit. We supply one 100-foot cord. Never connect two extension cords together.
Choose a safe setup area
The setup space must be level, clear of overhead hazards and free from rocks, gravel, stickers and sharp objects. Tell us about hills, stairs, fences or narrow gates before delivery. Our crew cannot push equipment uphill.
Wind, rain and lightning
Stop using the equipment during unsafe wind, lightning, storms or other dangerous weather. Follow all shutdown instructions from Jumpingwithus LLC.
Water attractions
The customer supplies a working water source and enough water hose to reach the setup area. Keep water slides properly inflated while they are wet.
Protect the equipment
No silly string, gum, face paint, food, drinks, pets, sharp objects or unauthorized moving of the rental. Do not unplug or relocate equipment after setup.
Delivery and pickup
Keep access to the setup area clear. Rentals are normally picked up the same day unless your agreement states otherwise. Contact us immediately if conditions change.
